As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Director's office. You will handle a variety of tasks and communications, ensuring efficient collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
  • Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents and reports.
  • Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain effective communication between the Director and different departments.
  • Prepare and organize materials for presentations and meetings.
  • Help manage projects by coordinating timelines and tasks.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense tracking and budget management.
  • Assist in organizing company events and functions.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
