Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate the smooth functioning of the Director's office. You will handle a variety of tasks and communications, ensuring efficient collaboration within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
- Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents and reports.
- Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain effective communication between the Director and different departments.
- Prepare and organize materials for presentations and meetings.
- Help manage projects by coordinating timelines and tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense tracking and budget management.
- Assist in organizing company events and functions.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
